Somatic Experiencing is for those who want to work with the physiological effects of stress and support nervous system regulation. If you’ve been feeling disconnected from your body, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns of tension, somatic work offers a gentle way to tune into your body’s wisdom and restore balance.
Please note: Somatic Experiencing sessions do not involve hands-on manipulation, aside from supportive touch when specifically consented to.

Massage sessions are available in 60, 90, or 120-minute options, each designed to suit different needs.
60-Minute Session – A great introduction to my work, offering time to address specific areas of tension or provide spot treatments. This option is also ideal for those who may have difficulty lying on the table for extended periods.
90 or 120-Minute Session – The heart of what I offer. These sessions allow for deeper relaxation and more in-depth work on areas of concern, combining focused techniques with ample time to unwind, restore balance, and integrate lasting relief.

Somatic sessions are 45 minutes long, providing space to explore the physiological effects of stress and support nervous system regulation. These sessions focus on self-discovery, increasing body awareness, and gently releasing stored tension—allowing you to reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe and supportive.
